Terms of Service

The plain terms on which Trawlrise is offered. It is free to play, funded by rewarded videos you choose to watch, and sells cosmetics only — never progress, and never power.

These Terms govern your use of Trawlrise (the "Game"), published by MB Natura Tubs. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Who we are

MB Natura Tubs, a company registered in Lithuania, registration number 306734107, registered address Prancūzų 77-11, Kaunas, 44427, Lithuania. Trading as Natura Digitalis.

2. The Game

Trawlrise is a single-player idle fishing game for Android. It requires no account of its own. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and enables cloud save, achievements and leaderboards; the Game is fully playable without it.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it
  • Use cheats, automation software, modified clients or memory editors to alter progress, currency or leaderboard standing
  • Obtain, or attempt to obtain, gems or cosmetic content by any means other than genuine purchase or legitimate play
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose

4. Free to play & advertising

The Game is free to download and play. It is funded by rewarded video advertising only — there are no banners and no interstitials. A rewarded video plays only when you tap a button asking for one, in exchange for a temporary sale-price boost, a temporary warehouse expansion, or a time skip. Nothing interrupts play, and the Game can be played from beginning to end without watching a single ad.

Ads are served by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy. There are no compulsory purchases. Where required by law, the Game asks for your consent regarding personalised advertising, which you can change at any time in the Game's settings.

5. In-app purchases & virtual currency

The Game offers optional gem packs for purchase. Gems are a virtual currency used solely for cosmetic content such as boat skins. Gems can also be earned by playing, through milestone rewards.

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in the Game before you confirm and may vary by region and over time.
  • Gems and cosmetic content are licensed to you for use within the Game only. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or anything of value.
  • Gems are delivered immediately after purchase.
  • Purchases grant cosmetic content only. They confer no gameplay advantage, no faster progression, and no power of any kind. Prestige points and progression are never for sale. There are no loot boxes and no randomised paid rewards.
  • You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We recommend enabling Google Play purchase authentication and parental controls.

6. Refunds & right of withdrawal

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. To request a refund, use Google Play's standard process. We are able to assist but cannot process card refunds ourselves, as we do not handle the payment.

EU/EEA consumers. Digital content such as gems is supplied immediately on purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This does not affect your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.

7. Virtual items & progress

The Game includes virtual coins, gems, boats, upgrades, logbook records and cosmetic items. Some are earned by playing; some are unlocked with gems. All such items:

  • have no monetary value and are not your property;
  • cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or anything of value;
  • are licensed to you for use within the Game only; and
  • may be lost if you clear the Game's data, uninstall the Game, or change devices, and may be modified or removed in updates.

Rebirth. The Game includes a voluntary "rebirth" mechanic that deliberately resets your coins, boats, upgrades and region unlocks in exchange for permanent bonuses. This is a designed part of play, is always confirmed before it happens, and is not a fault.

Your progress is stored locally on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, a copy is also kept in your own Google account. We hold no copy ourselves and are not liable for the loss of any virtual items, currency, or progress. Where you have paid for gems that remain unspent, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this clause.

8. Leaderboards, achievements & fair play

The online leaderboards and achievements are provided for entertainment. We may, at our discretion, remove scores, reset progress, or restrict access where we reasonably believe cheating, tampering, or manipulation has occurred. Leaderboard, achievement and cloud-save functionality is provided by Google Play Games and is subject to Google's terms.

9. Your data

Your game progress is stored locally on your device, and in your own Google account if you enable cloud save. The Game shows rewarded ads, processes purchases through Google Play Billing, and — if you sign in — uses Google Play Games. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. We keep no personal data on our own servers and are not responsible for loss of local progress caused by device failure, data clearing, uninstalling, or OS updates.

10. Updates and changes

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features, and updates may be required to maintain compatibility. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature (including the online services and the store) at any time. Where a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Intellectual property

The Game, including its design, source code, artwork, music, and content, is owned by MB Natura Tubs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

The name "Trawlrise" and any associated logos are trademarks of MB Natura Tubs.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that online services will always be available.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Natura Tubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) EUR 20 (twenty euro).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law.

14. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance — contact us at info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
