Short version: Ashen Gate creates no account and stores your progress and settings on your device only — we ourselves collect nothing. To keep it free, it shows a small banner and one optional rewarded video per run (Google AdMob), and its optional leaderboards and achievements are powered by Google Play Games, active only if you choose to sign in. In the EEA and UK you're asked, on first launch, whether ads may use your information — you can play the whole game either way, and change your mind any time from Settings. Ashen Gate is a dark-fantasy game for teens and up; it is not directed at children. It has no in-app purchases and no analytics service.

MB Natura Tubs is a company registered in Lithuania, registration number 306734107, registered address Prancūzų 77-11, Kaunas, 44427, Lithuania.
We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Ashen Gate mobile game. This policy applies to Ashen Gate only — our other games and apps have their own.

We ourselves do not receive, store, or have access to any of the third-party data above. Ashen Gate runs no backend servers of our own.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the game free, Ashen Gate shows a small banner and one optional rewarded video — the Recall, which you may choose to watch once per run. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
Consent (EEA/UK). The first time you play in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, a Google-certified consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks whether ads may use your information to be more relevant. If you agree, ads may be personalised and use your advertising ID; if you don't, ads are non-personalised and rely only on what is strictly necessary to serve them, such as coarse location and the storage used to limit how often an ad repeats. Either way the game is fully playable, and you can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings. Google's handling of ad data is governed by the Google Advertising and Google Privacy policies.
4. Google Play Games Services
The leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games Services. These features are optional and only active if you choose to sign in. When you do, Google associates your Play Games profile with your scores and achievement progress for this game. This is managed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can play the entire game — and unlock achievements locally — without ever signing in.
5. A game for teens and up
Ashen Gate depicts stylised, silhouette-based fantasy violence and is intended for a teen and adult audience. It is not directed at children. In line with children's privacy laws — including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR — we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, contact us and we will help address it. Parents and guardians can reach us at any time at the address below; because the game keeps no account and stores progress only on the device, in almost every case there is nothing for us to hold, correct, or delete.
6. What we do not collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
- Any account you create with us — the game has no login of its own
- Precise GPS location
- Photos, files, or anything else on your device
Ashen Gate uses no third-party analytics service, and we operate no backend servers that receive your personal data.
7. How long data is kept
Your game progress and settings stay on your device until you clear the game's data or uninstall it. The third parties above retain their technical data under their own published retention policies.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu — though in almost every case there is nothing we hold to produce, because your data stays on your device or with the Google services above. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, say so on this page before the change takes effect. This policy will always match what the shipped game actually does.
