Privacy Policy

Short version: mutaLens has no network code. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no servers, and it sends nothing anywhere. Your photographs and videos are written to your phone's own gallery, and they stay there unless you share them yourself.
1. Who we are
MB Natura Tubs is a company registered in Lithuania, registration number 306734107, registered address Prancūzų 77-11, Kaunas, 44427, Lithuania.
This policy applies to the mutaLens mobile application for Android. Our other apps and games have their own policies.

2. What data we process
None. We operate no servers for mutaLens and receive nothing from it. Everything the app touches stays on your device, under your control:

3. What we do not collect
- Analytics, usage statistics or telemetry of any kind
- Crash reports sent to us
- Advertising identifiers — there is no advertising in the app
- Accounts, names, email addresses or contacts
- Your photographs, videos, or anything derived from them
mutaLens contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking components, and no code that opens a network connection.
4. Permissions the app asks for, and why
- Camera — required. Without it there is no viewfinder and no photographs.
- Microphone — asked for when you record video, so the recording has sound. Refuse it and video still records, silently.
- Location — asked for only when you switch geotagging on yourself. It is off by default, and the location is written into your own photograph, not sent anywhere.
- Storage — on Android 9 and older only, to save pictures into the shared gallery. Newer versions of Android need no such permission for this.
You can withdraw any of these at any time in Android's app settings.
5. Sharing a photograph
Sharing is something you do deliberately, through Android's own share sheet, and mutaLens hands the chosen app a copy. That copy is stripped of metadata — including any location and the camera's own details — whether or not you have the watermark switched on, and carries the mutaLens watermark if you have left it on. The original in your gallery is untouched.
Video is the exception. A recording is shared as it sits in your gallery rather than re-encoded into a fresh copy, because re-encoding a clip would cost both picture quality and a noticeable wait. It therefore keeps whatever metadata it was saved with — including a location, if geotagging was switched on when you recorded it.
6. Children
mutaLens is a general-purpose camera app. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone.
7. Your rights under GDPR
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to give you a copy of, correct, or delete. Everything mutaLens creates is on your device: delete individual pictures from the gallery, or remove them all by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
If you believe we hold data about you, write to info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania at vdai.lrv.lt.
8. Third-party services
The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to the download and to any purchase. Google Play may also collect data about installs independently of us; see policies.google.com/privacy.
The app itself integrates no other third-party services.
9. If that ever changes
Should a future version add anything that leaves your device — optional paid filter packs would mean purchases handled by Google Play, for example — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described plainly here.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
