Plain English summary: mutaLens is free, runs entirely on your phone, and collects nothing. The pictures you take are yours — we have no access to them and no claim over them. Keep your own backups, because we cannot recover anything for you. If the app goes wrong, our liability is limited, as set out below.

1. Who we are

MB Natura Tubs ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Lithuania, registration number 306734107, registered address Prancūzų 77-11, Kaunas, 44427, Lithuania.

2. The App

mutaLens is a camera application for Android, distributed through the Google Play Store. It applies visual filters to the live camera image and saves the result to your device. It runs entirely offline and has no server component.

By downloading or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to photograph or record anyone in circumstances where doing so would be unlawful where you are

4. Price and purchases

The App is free, and the filters included at release are part of it.

We may in future offer additional filter packs as optional one-time purchases through the Google Play Store. There are no subscriptions. If that happens, all payments are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment card details, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Your photographs and your data

Photographs and videos you take with the App are stored on your device, in your gallery. We have no access to them. They are yours: we claim no ownership, no licence, and no right to use them.

You are solely responsible for keeping backups. The App has no cloud storage and no recovery mechanism.

Important: We are not liable for any loss of photographs, videos or settings resulting from device failure, app deletion, operating system updates, storage corruption, running out of space, or any other cause.

You are responsible for what you photograph and record, and for complying with the privacy, recording and publication laws that apply where you are.

6. Updates and changes

We may release updates to fix problems, improve performance, or add features. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with device operating systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App. Where a change materially affects your use of it, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, source code, filters and graphics, is owned by MB Natura Tubs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms transfer no intellectual property rights to you.

The name "mutaLens" and any associated logos are trademarks of MB Natura Tubs. The watermark the App can add to shared copies may be switched off at any time in the settings; doing so is permitted and expected.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Camera hardware and its drivers differ enormously between phone models. We do not warrant that every filter, resolution, frame rate or capture mode will be available or flawless on every device, that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be free of security vulnerabilities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Natura Tubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of photographs, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Because the App is supplied free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed EUR 50, or the amount you have paid us for optional filter packs, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law.

10. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

For any paid content offered in future, you have a statutory right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital purchases. By requesting immediate access to such content you acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.

If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance. Contact us at info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu and we will respond within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania.

EU consumers may also contact their national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in their country.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
