Privacy Policy
TURBO 8-BIT is a free game supported by ads. We don't ask for your name, email or account, and we run no servers that hold your data — but the game does show ads and use analytics through third parties, described in full below.

Short version: The game creates no account and stores your progress on your device. To keep the game free, it shows ads (Google AdMob) and uses analytics (GameAnalytics); if you choose to sign in, Google Play Games powers the leaderboard and achievements. These third parties process limited technical data such as an advertising identifier and device information. In the EEA and UK you're asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice at any time.

We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the TURBO 8-BIT mobile game.

We ourselves do not receive, store, or have access to any of the third-party data above. We see only aggregated, anonymised reports (for example, "how many players reached 5,000 m this week").
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the game free, TURBO 8-BIT shows banner ads and an optional rewarded video (which you watch by choice to continue a run). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use an advertising identifier and device data to serve and measure ads.
Consent (EEA/UK). The first time you play in a region that requires it, a Google-certified consent form (the User Messaging Platform) asks whether you agree to personalised ads. If you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones. You can change your choice at any time from the game's settings, and manage or reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Google's handling of ad data is governed by the Google Advertising and Google Privacy policies.
4. Analytics (GameAnalytics)
We use GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played — for example, how far players get, where runs end, and which devices are used — so we can fix problems and improve the game. This data is pseudonymous (tied to a random install ID, not to your identity) and is reported to us only in aggregate. See the GameAnalytics Privacy Policy.
5. Google Play Games Services
The online leaderboard and achievements use Google Play Games Services. These features are optional and only active if you choose to sign in. When you do, Google associates your Play Games profile with your scores and achievement progress for this game. This is managed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can play the entire game without ever signing in.
6. What we do not collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
- Any account you create with us — the game has no login of its own
- Precise GPS location
- Photos, files, or anything else on your device
We operate no backend servers that receive your personal data.
7. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Personalised advertising and analytics. Where required (EEA/UK), processing is based on your consent, collected through the in-game consent form. You may withdraw consent at any time from the game's settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and basic measurement. Where permitted, these rely on our and our partners' legitimate interest in funding and securing a free game.
Leaderboard & achievements. Processed on the basis of your consent, given when you sign in to Google Play Games.
On-device game progress. Necessary to provide the game you chose to install.
8. Children
TURBO 8-BIT is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the game contains advertising, we ask that a parent or guardian supervise use by minors. If you believe a child has provided data through the game, contact us and we will address it.
9. International data transfers
Our third-party providers (Google, GameAnalytics) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See each provider's privacy policy, linked above, for details.
10. How long data is kept
On-device game progress: kept until you clear the game's data or uninstall it.
Advertising and analytics data: retained by Google and GameAnalytics according to their own retention policies.
Leaderboard & achievement data: retained by Google Play Games while your profile exists; manage it through your Google account.
We keep no personal data on our own systems.
11. Your rights under GDPR
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in respect of personal data processed about you.
- Withdraw consent — change your ad-consent choice from the game's settings, or reset/limit your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Because much of the data is held by our third-party providers, some requests are best exercised directly with Google or GameAnalytics via their privacy tools. For anything else, contact us at info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu and we will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania at vdai.lrv.lt.

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
