Plain English summary: The game is free and supported by ads. The coins and cosmetics you earn are just for fun — they have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold, or cashed out. Play fair (no cheating the leaderboard). The game is provided "as is", and these terms are governed by Lithuanian law.

1. Who we are

2. The Game

TURBO 8-BIT is a free arcade racing game available for Android via the Google Play Store. The game plays offline, with an optional online leaderboard and achievements via Google Play Games.

By downloading or playing the game you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

3. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game
• Use cheats, bots, automation, memory editors, or modified clients
• Manipulate, falsify, or otherwise game the leaderboard or achievements
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use the game for any unlawful purpose

4. Free to play & advertising

The game is free to download and play. It is funded by advertising, including banner ads and an optional rewarded video that you choose to watch to continue a run. Ads are served by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.

There are no compulsory purchases. Where required by law, the game asks for your consent regarding personalised advertising, which you can change at any time in the game's settings.

5. Virtual items

The game includes virtual coins and cosmetic items (car skins, pickup styles, colour themes) that you earn by playing. These items:

• have no monetary value and are not your property;
• cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or anything of value;
• are licensed to you for use within the game only; and
• may be lost if you clear the game's data, uninstall the game, or change devices, and may be modified or removed in updates.

We are not liable for the loss of any virtual items or in-game progress.

6. Leaderboards & fair play

The online leaderboard and achievements are provided for entertainment. We may, at our discretion, remove scores, reset progress, or restrict access where we reasonably believe cheating, tampering, or manipulation has occurred. Leaderboard and achievement functionality is provided by Google Play Games and is subject to Google's terms.

7. Your data

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. The game shows ads and uses analytics, and — if you sign in — Google Play Games. How this data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. We keep no personal data on our own servers and are not responsible for loss of local progress caused by device failure, data clearing, uninstalling, or OS updates.

8. Updates and changes

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features, and updates may be required to maintain compatibility. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature (including the online services) at any time. Where a change materially affects your use, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Intellectual property

The game, including its design, source code, artwork, music, and content, is owned by MB Natura Tubs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

The name "TURBO 8-BIT" and any associated logos are trademarks of MB Natura Tubs.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that online services will always be available.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU law that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Natura Tubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or related to your use of the game.

As the game is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the game shall not exceed EUR 20 (twenty euro).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law.

12. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance — contact us at info@naturadigitalis.naturatubs.eu. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
